Know what is diabetes and details on diabetes symptoms
Diabetes is a very common disorder for health, often lasting for the whole life. It affects the manner in which the body handles carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Insulin hormone is responsible for the conversion of glucose from food into energy. In people with diabetes, body stops producing insulin hormone or not in sufficient amounts. So the glucose stays in the blood raising the blood glucose levels in people with diabetes.
Diabetes can have serious complications. Fortunately, with a healthy lifestyle and with diet management you can lead a healthy life. In fact, in looking at the affordable care act (ACA) stipulations involved the new health guidelines appear to be quite beneficial to those with diabetes. The diabetic people have a high level of blood sugar. The blood sugar level is regulated by insulin (a hormone produced by the pancreas). The blood sugar level is regulated by your eating habits.
There are basically two types:
Type 1
diabetes – This type of diabetes was once known as insulin-dependent
diabetes or diabetes which occurred in the childhood. The basic characteristic
of this type of diabetes is the lack of insulin production in the body.
Type 2
diabetes – This type of diabetes was once known as
insulin-independent or diabetes which occurred in adult persons. Type 2
diabetes is characterized by the inefficient use of insulin by the body
(insulin produced in the body). To put it in simple words, type 1 diabetes is linked to loss of pancreas
cells which produce insulin while type 2 diabetes is characterized with the
resistance of targeted cells to the effects of insulin. Genetic factors,
obesity and lack of physical activity are some of the main reasons for
occurrence of diabetes.

Benefits of Onions and garlic for diabetics.
Onions : Whether cooked or raw, onions contain a substance, ally l propyl disulphide (APDS ), that dramatically lowers blood sugar. APDS apparently helps to prevent the liver's deactivation of insulin, which allows insulin to stay in the bloodstream longer and lower blood glucose.Onions actually have the same therapeutic effect as drug tolbutamide. All varieties of onions have the same effect and it is immaterial whether they are raw or cooked . Eat as often as possible
Garlic : It is perhaps the most valuable food for reversing diabetes and
many complications of diabetes. The debate continues regarding the active
