 Prepare a paste of turmeric in this way

– 40 grams of turmeric powder. 

– 100-150 ml of water.

Pour turmeric powder in water, stir and boil it. Cook for about 8 minutes, until content is thickened. Stir continuously. If the mixture too thick, add a little water. The mixture should resemble like a thick yogurt.
During this time, you can prepare the milk.
Ingredients:

– 250 ml of milk (hemp, coconut or almond)
– 2 tablespoons (40 ml) of unrefined almond oil.
– honey according to taste.

Boil the milk and add the almond oil.

Remove from heat and pour into a cup. Add 1 tablespoon of the prepared turmeric paste.

Sweeten with honey.
Turmeric paste can be prepared in bulk for a longer period. In the frozen state the paste preserves its properties for 40 days.
Add 1 teaspoon of the paste in hot milk or tea and along with honey and almond oil.
