My name is Shaila NAj
(Man
behind healthtipslist.blogspot.com.) and I’m from Dhaka, Bangladesh. I’m 32 and
a part time blogger. My hobby is writing
and reading books. Apart from writing. Every day we experience different
things; writing is a good means to express our feelings. Whenever I feel happy,
or sad, or even furious. Transforming my anger or sadness into lines of words
often soothes me and makes me feel a lot better. In fact, I always write at
home, in the classroom, on the bus or even in the bathroom while I’m having a
shower. Besides, as I love sharing my works with others. For me, writing is
definitely the most interesting thing; I will keep on writing and never leave
up my hobby. I’m not specialist by
any means, but I have some personal experience with healthy health. I gather
some knowledge regarding health tips by reading related books and journal that
are helpful, so I wanted to share that was the time when I realized that make
money blogging is real.
Since that time, I started working hard
on this blog. I believe that hard work is the only way to become a successful
blogger.
Talking about myself, I’m very simple guy who lives
an easygoing life. I love to share what I’ve learned. I was born in Dhaka
Bangladesh, where i was grew up. My school and college education was very good.
I hold two degree, Bachelors of social science and a Masters of social science.
I love reading books, watching

About Health tips of the day
Our lifestyles today are very busy. We have family,
school, sports, leisure and social commitments to fit into a limited time. We
need to be healthy to cope with the demands of daily life. But what does it mean
to have a health tips? To have a health tips, we need to: • eat a variety of
healthy food most of the time • get regular exercise • have time to relax • get
adequate sleep to give our bodies time to recover and grow It is important to
balance these aspects of life, rather than putting more emphasis on one than
another. "Healthy
living" to most people means both physical and mental health are in balance or functioning well together in a person.
In many instances, physical and mental health are closely linked, so that a
change (good or bad) in one directly affects the other. Consequently, some of
the tips will include suggestions for emotional and mental "healthy
living."
